América Futebol Clube (also known as América Mineiro, Coelho or simply América) is a Brazilian football team from the city 3️⃣ of Belo Horizonte, capital city of the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais.

Founded in 1912, the club preserves its name and 3️⃣ crest since its inception.

The original home kit colours are white and green only; the black color was incorporated in the 3️⃣ 1970s.

[2] It hosts its matches at Independência stadium, being the only professional club in Belo Horizonte to have its 3️⃣ own stadium.
