Drugs mixed with Xylazine are also growing in New York. 'Zombie drug' has infiltrated the U.S. Disturbing  of a place dubbed 'Zombieland' in the U.S. are making the rounds on social media. The  were taken in the city of Philadelphia, the epicenter of opioids mixed with Xylazine. Zombieland is the entirety of Kensington Ave. a place visually depicted as consisting of poverty, trash and dirt. It is a meme to play upon the stereotypical fears of white and Black coexistence in urban spaces so often reproduced in mass media. |
